1. Introduction
Even though we have had some nice bull runs recently, it does not mean we are in a strong bull market! You must be very careful trading in these markets, and find ways to lower your risk as much as possible. When you least expect it, the markets could change on you, and you can lose everything you have worked so hard for! That is why we have developed our system of trading ADRs and foreign stocks. Our system works in a time where global economies are changing fast, and the US economy is constantly weakening.
Sometimes traders have to sit back and ask themselves, what am I doing wrong, why aren't my trades working for me? When the markets change you have to change with them. The markets have changed dramatically these past two years. There is a global financial crisis, and the market, stock indexes around the world, and stocks are reacting accordingly. It's time to adapt to some new strategies or make some changes in your method of trading which you are normally accustomed to.
Our goal when we trade is maximum profit with minimum risk! Our trading team goes in and out of trades, cashing out with nice profits$$, by catching stocks the minute they begin an uptrend, and ride them all the way up, till we have reached our target. We usually set two targets for ourselves. One target is an extremely short term, great for swing trading, and the second target is great for position traders and short term investors. We offer our subscribers two targets, depending on their style of trading. You can do your own research to find those ADRs and foreign stocks ready to explode, which requires, a lot of time, effort, and experience or you can be a successful trader and make profits following our stock picks. 2.What are ADRs (American Depository Receipts)?
ADRs which stands for American Depository Receipts trade just like regular stocks but represent the ownership of shares of a foreign company trading on U.S. financial markets. Not all foreign companies have ADR's, but those that do trade on US exchanges and in dollars. Buying shares of companies in other countries can be very complicated and very risky not to mention they trade at different prices and currency levels. That is why ADRs are great! They are an easy and convenient way for an individual trader or investor to buy shares in a foreign company without the high risk of buying these company's stock in other countries. Each ADR stock is issued by a US depository bank and can represent a fraction of a share, a single share, or multiple shares of foreign stock. The price of ADRs is often close to the price of the foreign stock in its home market, adjusted for the ratio of ADRs to foreign company shares.
